The 50:s Mini Giveaway

Hi everyone! I hope that all of you had a nice weekend - I sure did. The week was a bit stressful, including a trip to the ER, but I'll tell you more about that in a future post.

I have finally gotten everything together for a tiny give-away - no high expectations, please! I wanted to celebrate how much fun I have with the blog and how many new friends I have made. I could not believe it when I realized that I had 50 followers - wow!
I am so glad to meet so many persons all over the world, who just like me love to share the stitching adventures and other parts of life. The stitching community truly is something unique that I am grateful to be a part of.

If you read my blog, you already know that I am a big fan of Etsy and that I love cross-stitching and birds. Based on these favorites, I picked up one pattern wallet from Etsy with a bird print. The wallet is the larger size, so most patterns will fit into this baby. I am also including a Sweetheart Tree kit (since I have been on a SHT kick lately), Don't Bug Me, which I think is adorable (yes, I got one for myself too...)
Anyway, here are a few of pics of the stuff:
This last photo doesn't do the transparent pocket justice; you will be able to read your pattern once inserted in the pocket. This pattern wallet does also have a zippered pocket on the front, which can probably comein handy.

So are there any rules? Nah, we'll keep this one simple - as long as you leave a comment on this post, I'll include you in the drawing! It does not matter how often you come by, where in the world you live, if your English is a bit rusty or non-existent, or if you haven't left any comments on this blog in the past - anything goes. I am just happy that you stopped by today! :-)
Oh yeah - I'll give you a week or so to leave a comment on this post, so by Saturday August 13th (already - can you believe it!?), I'll try to get my random number generator working or something similar, like maybe a random parrot draw.

Take care and Happy Stitching!

  19. Not happy to hear about the ER trip, but will be interested in hearing the details. I have never seen a pattern wallet - that is a really cool thing. I have been able to keep from going to etsy before, but this might push me over the edge!

Thank you for having this giveaway, and please enter my name in the drawing!

  20. Such a tease you are to mention the ER and not give everyone the details. Luckily I know them so I am not driven crazy. or any more crazy than I already am.
I guess you have read too many page turner books with the cliff hanger ends to chapters.
The SHT kit is very cute but the chart holder is wonderful. You have such great taste in fabrics. Is the flattery going to get me anywhere?
I know someone who needs it. ME! :o)

  32. Your blog is very interesting reading.. I've been on a blog kick and have been reading a lot of them. Many of them mention the word 'tusal' and 'ort'. i get that tusal is leftover thread from stitching..what does 'tusal' stand for, exactly? and what is ort? Sorry for all the questions..I'm new :)
That said, I would also love to be included in your draw!
